Where you Process such information on the Company’s behalf, you do so only on its documented instruction and subject to a written operator agreement under sections 20 and 21 of POPIA.

By applying you consent to the verification and background checks relevant to the role (which may include identity, credit (MIE), criminal (MIR), qualification, licence/PdP, reference and social-media checks). The information of unsuccessful applicants is retained for no longer than one (1) year and then securely destroyed, unless you consent to a longer retention period.
YOUR RIGHTS. You may request access to, correction or deletion of, your personal information, object to Processing on reasonable grounds, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
